Backed by principal course instruction, superintendent of education qualifications, and a Master of Education, I offer a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to support effective learning and leadership at every level. As a champion for resilience and transformation, I speak on overcoming barriers through the powerful “Let Them” theory—an approach that helped me navigate personal and professional challenges, embrace authenticity, and achieve success. Additionally, I am dedicated to driving meaningful change in education by guiding schools in implementing the Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action in Ontario, advocating for progress one step at a time.

Beyond my professional expertise, I served as the Second Vice Chair of the Board of Governors at Sault College, demonstrating a deep commitment to education and community leadership. As a single mother of two teenage boys, I understand firsthand the strength it takes to navigate life’s obstacles and firmly believe that every setback is a lesson leading to growth.
