How To Champion Resilience with the Let Them Theory
Life is full of obstacles—setbacks that challenge us personally and professionally, making us feel stuck, frustrated, and even lost. In this powerful and inspiring presentation, I will share my journey of overcoming these challenges using the “Let Them” theory, a mindset shift that transformed my life and helped me break free from the limitations that once held me back. Through real-life experiences, hard-earned lessons, and moments of deep personal growth, I will take you on a journey up the mountain of setbacks, showing you how embracing the “Let Them” philosophy opened doors to happiness, peace, and the freedom to be my true, authentic self. Whether you’re struggling with relationships, career challenges, or self-doubt, this presentation will equip you with the mindset and tools to release what you can’t control, focus on what truly matters, and step into the life you were meant to live. Join me as we uncover how letting go can be the most powerful step toward climbing your own mountain and discovering a life filled with purpose, joy, and success.
Presented by Joey Belleau and Natasha Court
This dynamic and inspiring presentation explores the power of mentorship, reconciliation, and reciprocal learning in education. As a former teacher and principal, Natasha Court mentored her student, Joey Belleau, who is now a dedicated Indigenous educator from Garden River First Nation. They collaborate to bring the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action to life in schools while engaging in mutual learning—where the mentor has become the mentee. This session provides valuable insights into the importance of Indigenous representation in education, the impact of meaningful mentorship, and the ways schools and organizations can support reconciliation in action.
